These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made through our online store at www.collezionebysgd.com, by consumers and businesses both inside and outside the EU. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All legal relationships between you and us are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, the laws of their home country apply when required by consumer protection laws. For business clients, the place of jurisdiction is Heidelberg (Germany).

4. Contract Conclusion
Product displays in our online shop are not binding offers; they are invitations to place an order. A binding contract forms only when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in EUR currency and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs will be shown during the order process and depend on the destination country.At the moment we only deliver to EU countries

6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Additional payment methods (to be adjusted as necessary)

Payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

7. Delivery Terms and Shipping (EU Only)

  • Delivery Time: Shipping is available within the EU only. Delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 working days from the time of shipment confirmation, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability and the time required for handmade items.

  • Product Availability and Production: Orders are processed according to product availability and the crafting time for handmade jewelry pieces.

  • Processing and Production Time:
    Orders are processed based on product availability and production time. For items made-to-order, delivery may take a bit longer to account for production. You’ll get a more precise delivery estimate during checkout or via email.

    Shipping Partner and Conditions:
    We generally ship through our logistics partner, DHL. Delivery terms and transit times follow DHL’s standards and can be viewed on their website. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

    Shipping Address:
    We ship to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure it's correct since changes can’t be made after shipping.

    Extra Costs and Fees:
    Within the EU, no additional customs or import fees apply. However, regional taxes or duties may still be charged and are under the customer’s responsibility.

    8. Right to Cancel for Consumers

    Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days.

    Cancellation Policy:
    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This 14-day period begins once you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods. To cancel, simply contact us (details above) with a clear statement of your decision (e.g., via email).

  • However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products including personalised products. Bespoke orders are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

    Effects of Cancellation:
    If you cancel this order, we’ll refund all payments, including standard shipping costs (excluding any added costs if you chose a different shipping option). We’ll issue the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned items, using the same payment method you originally used unless otherwise agreed.

    9. Returns and Return Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs in the event of cancellation are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept damaged or used items.

    10. Liability:
    Our liability for contract breaches and torts is limited to intent and gross negligence unless it involves essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) or cases of injury to life, body, or health.

    Product Liability
    Our responsibility under product liability laws remains unaffected.

    12. Customs and Import Fees
    You, the customer, are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in your destination country. We can’t be held responsible for delays in delivery due to customs processing.

    13. Final Provisions
    If any parts of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the contract remains effective. In place of any invalid or unenforceable terms, the applicable legal regulations will apply.
